Stress And Panic Attacks

Panic attacks can be caused from having stress.  If you are the type of person that worries about things all the time, then you could be at risk.  Panic attacks are caused by fear in your head that something bad will happen.  If this happen, you will start to be more stressed you than usual.

When you’re about to have panic attack, you will start to feel dizzy and your heart rate will go up.  Other signs that you may be having panic attacks are breathing difficulties, numbness, nausea, and increased tension.  However, every person is different and may experience something different.  If you feel something that don’t usually happen to you, then it maybe a sign that panic attack is about to happen.

If you do have panic attacks, always try to remain calm and relaxed.  Doing so will help minimize the effects of panic attacks. Another way is to close your eyes and take deep breath.  Try to do something to get your mind off what you’re fearing.

However, you may want to face the problem head on since it will be more difficult to deal with them in the future.  Find some people who you can depend on for support to help you combat the panic attack.

If it seems panic attack is happening to you everyday, you should consult with your doctor to find what’s going on.  Most often, it will be caused from your stress level.  The higher your stress level, the easier it will be for you to have panic attack. If this is the case, your doctor will prescribe you with medicine to rid of the panic attacks.
